SOJOURNERS
CONCEPT
Sojourners is an activist-led nonprofit focused on social justice. The brand identity emerged from a stance of unwavering strength and the aesthetic reference of the organizations original newsprint publications, which were heavily influenced by the swagger and uncouth design of the 70s and 80s.
The brand system was built in tandem with the redesign of the magazine, which was directed by the brilliant Eric Capossela.
